Beacon College – Resnick Alpern Plung Residence Hall

Beacon College was founded in 1989 and was the first ever accredited college in the U.S. specifically tailored for students with learning disabilities. Emerald provided MEP/FP design services for their new, three-story dorm building, which serves first-year students. The project included a new chiller plant that was designed to be expandable to serve an additional future dorm building on site.
