Wesley Chapel YMCA

Located on the southwest corner of Bruce B. Downs and Eagleston Boulevards, the Wesley Chapel YMCA is a two-story, 50,000 SF facility designed to support health, wellness, and community programming. The project also includes a 36,000 SF outdoor aquatic center.

The building program features group fitness studios, a wellness floor, luxury locker rooms, and a dedicated child watch area. The adjacent aquatic complex includes a lap pool, teaching pool, and family adventure pool. The facility serves a growing population of families, youth, and seniors in the Wesley Chapel area.

Additional programming includes youth sports, summer camps, and wellness initiatives, with accessibility and multi-generational use as key design priorities.
