University of Central Florida – Northview Student Housing

This 574,000 sq. ft. student housing facility with an attached parking structure offers resort-style living for 600 University of Central Florida students. The $60 million design-build project broke ground in August 2012 and was completed in just 12 months—ahead of schedule and ready for the 2013 fall semester.
