Beacon College – Resnick Alpern Plung Residence Hall

Founded in 1989, Beacon College is the first accredited U.S. college designed specifically for students with learning disabilities. Emerald provided MEP/FP design for a new three-story dorm serving first-year students. The project also included an expandable chiller plant to support a future dorm on site.
