Bethune-Cookman University – Residence Halls

This $72 million Public-Private Partnership (P3) project included four new student housing buildings totaling nearly 300,000 square feet. The design-build project provided housing for over 1,200 Bethune-Cookman students. The project has refreshed and expanded the student housing opportunities available on the historic campus. The new structures included amenity areas, lounges, fitness centers, and laundry facilities.

Design services provided for Hensel Phelps Construction.
