Bethune-Cookman University – Residence Halls
This $72 million Public-Private Partnership (P3) project delivered four new student housing buildings totaling nearly 300,000 square feet on the historic campus of Bethune-Cookman University. This design-build project offers modern accommodations for over 1,200 students. In addition to expanding the university’s housing capacity, the new facilities feature a variety of amenities, including lounges, fitness centers, laundry facilities, and communal gathering areas—enhancing the overall student living experience.
