Boulevard at West River T3 Block

The T3A block is comprised of four apartment buildings and two parking garages. Every building is similar in nature with residential apartments spanning 8 floors. There are one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units in every building. On the bottom floor, however, there are a variety of common area amenities like a fitness center, library, and game room. The 4-story parking garages feature a covered walkway to your building and elevators for easy access to your car.
