City of Sebastian Public Works Facility

The relocation of the Public Works Complex near the Sebastian Municipal Airport is a $9.1 million project. The administration building houses offices, classrooms, and restrooms. The warehouse section includes additional offices, tire storage, and a vehicle repair shop. The surrounding areas feature detention basins, fueling stations, and truck washes.
