Located in Downtown Clearwater, FL, The Bluffs is a high-rise community on 4.2 acres that, when completed, will host a 29-story, 400-unit apartment tower and an 11-story, 158-key hotel. It will also serve as a center for Clearwater locals and tourists, offering extensive restaurants and entertainment options. This development is expected to encompass 620,000sf and have a total project cost of $300 million. Emerald was contracted to supply all Fire Protection and Technology design services for the project.
