Clearwater City Hall

Located on Myrtle Avenue, this award-winning, 3-story facility spans over 41,000 square feet and represents a major milestone in the city’s downtown revitalization efforts. Recognized with an AIA Florida Design Award, the project reflects a modern, forward-thinking approach to municipal design.

The new building supports a range of city departments across its three levels. The ground floor features office space, boardrooms, and a 1,900-square-foot training area for the Human Resources, Public Relations, and Back of House teams. The second floor houses executive support spaces for the City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk, and City Council. Crowning the structure is a 1,000-square-foot rooftop gathering area, offering a functional outdoor venue with views of the surrounding cityscape.

In addition to the new construction, the project encompasses the renovation of the adjacent 27-year-old Municipal Services Building.
