This three-story, 41,679sf administrative building in Clearwater, FL, will feature conference and board rooms, public relations offices, and dedicated spaces for the City Manager, City Attorney, City Council, and City Clerk. Plans also include a rooftop accessible to the public and upgrades to the adjacent 27-year-old Municipal Services Building.
