Disney Springs’ Grapefruit Garage

Located between the South Side of Lake Buena Vista Dr and I-4, this massive, $60M+ parking structure complements the existing Lime and Orange garages at Disney Springs.  The garage includes sophisticated LED lighting systems & controls, as well as parking guidance systems that use LED indicators to identify each available space.  Completed in April of 2019, this garage serves the expanding Disney Springs marketplace.
