Downtown Tampa Hyatt

Situated between Downtown Tampa’s iconic Truist building and City Hall, this project transformed a surface parking lot into a new, dual-branded high-rise hotel. The 17-story building includes over 340 guest rooms, elevated structured parking, ground-level meeting spaces, retail, a rooftop pool, and amenity areas.
