Dr. Phillips Hospital P-Deck Parking Garage

This ground plus 5 elevated deck parking structure on the Dr. Phillips Hospital campus is located adjacent to Turkey Lake Road. The $11.41 million project is broken up into three phases; the first phase will provide 531 garage spaces and 172,000 square feet of floor area, the second please will provide 280 garage spaces, and then the third phase will provide 255 garage spaces. The design-build project used Finfrock Construction’s proprietary precast DualDeck Building System, which required a fully coordinated, clash-free design model with all penetrations located before manufacturing and construction.
