Echelon City Center Sites 7 & 8

This project is a 14-story luxury apartment tower in Echelon City Center, in St. Petersburg, FL. Positioned on sites 7 & 8, this edition will feature 363 units, with amenities on the sixth floor, including a pool deck with outdoor gaming and lounging areas, along with an indoor fitness center, clubroom, virtual sports simulator, and co-working space. Alongside the residential aspect of this building will be 17,000sf of retail and restaurant space, a five-level parking garage, and three-story townhomes. Emerald designs all MEP systems for this building.
