Echelon City Center Site 9

Located in St. Petersburg’s Gateway area, this 17-story residential tower is part of the master-planned mixed-use development called Echelon City Center. The $100+ million project will include 16,350sf of ground-floor retail space, 176 apartment units, amenity spaces, an outdoor pool deck, and a 4- story parking structure on floors two through six with 325 available spaces plus 12 electric vehicle charging stations.
