• Assisted Living & Memory Care Facility – A three-story, 50,000+ SF building with thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom residences.
• Fleet Flats – Four three-story, 64,000+ SF buildings, each offering 17 independent living apartments.

All residences connect directly to the extensive amenities of the Fleet Landing community, including a performing arts center, multiple restaurant-style dining venues, a fitness center, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, game rooms, an art studio, and more.
