Fort Myers Luminary Hotel & Convention Center

Located on Bay Street in Downtown Fort Myers, this new 13-story hotel includes over 240 guest rooms and suites, elevated structured parking, ground-level meeting spaces, retail, a rooftop pool and bar, and amenity areas. In addition to the construction of the new hotel, the project includes major renovations to the existing Convention Center that it adjoins. A new chilled water plant is being provided in the Convention Center to serve both the Convention Center and Hotel.
