Located in Downtown Clearwater, FL, the Harborview Bluffs Hotel and Development is comprised of a 10-story, 230,194gsf, high-rise new build that will feature a 157-unit hotel and shell retail building with a subgrade parking garage built into a bluff. The ground floor of the hotel is slated for retail spaces, including restaurants, while the top floor will host a kitchen, bar, dining area, and meeting rooms. The separate shell retail building is currently being slated for future restaurants and hosts a top floor beer garden. Emerald has been contracted to provide comprehensive MEPFP design services for this project.
