Heights Union

Heights Union features two six-story, high-end office buildings totaling over 300,000 square feet, ideally located in the heart of the vibrant Tampa Heights district at the northern edge of downtown Tampa. Co-developed by SoHo Capital and TPA Group, the project is part of the larger 50-acre master-planned community known as “The Heights.” Bringing premier Class A+ office space to the area, Heights Union also includes ground-floor retail and is supported by a neighboring seven-level parking garage with over 1,500 spaces, offering both convenience and accessibility in a dynamic urban setting.
