Hyatt House Hotel, Marina & Resort

Located on the Gordon River in downtown Naples, this nearly 200,000sf hotel includes 183 suite style rooms, 25,000sf of meeting and amenities areas, a resort style pool & deck, and an attached parking garage. The design-build project utilizes Finfrock Construction’s proprietary precast DualDeck Building System, which requires a fully coordinated, clash-free design model with all penetrations located prior to manufacturing and construction.
