Hyatt House Hotel, Marina & Resort

Situated on the Gordon River in downtown Naples, this nearly 200,000 sq. ft. hotel features 183 suite-style rooms, 25,000 sq. ft. of meeting and amenity space, a resort-style pool and deck, and an attached parking garage. The design-build project uses Finfrock Construction’s proprietary precast DualDeck Building System, requiring a fully coordinated, clash-free design model with all penetrations finalized before manufacturing and construction.
