John Knox Village

This multi-phased project includes a $135 million expansion to the retirement community in Pompano Beach. The expansion includes a Welcome and Innovation Center, Aquatic Center, Pavilion, indoor restaurant, and two newly constructed apartment buildings. Each of which is equipped with amenities, security, and transportation around campus.
