John Knox Village- Westlake Apartments

Located in Pompano Beach, FL, this $120 million project comprises 146 independent living apartments, ranging from 1,277 to 2,346sf, between two towers, The Vue and The Terrace. These 11 and 15-story structures combine residential living space with luxury amenities and retail spaces, including a bakery, coffee and wine bar, and a fast-casual restaurant. Emerald was retained to supply all MEP designs for both towers.
