Keiser University Dormitory
Keiser University offers over 100 different doctoral through associate degrees in a variety of health care, business, information technology, culinary arts, legal studies, and education fields. Emerald provided MEPFP services on this project. This new 4-story dorm utilizes a chiller to provide cooling to the building. Chilled water systems offer better indoor temperature and humidity control than DX split systems since they can exactly match the load in the space by varying the chilled water flow.
