Masonite Headquarters

The new Masonite building consists of a 4-story high-end office building totaling over 56,000 square feet in the historic Ybor City. Developed by Alliant Partners for Masonite, this building will replace its current headquarters at Tampa City Center. The new building features gathering spaces on the ground floor. The upper floors host a mixture of offices, open office areas, conference spaces, and an executive boardroom. The south side of the site features an outdoor gathering area and serves as a connecting space to their existing 47,000 square foot building.
