Moorings Park Grande Lake

This multi-phased project includes a new, $50+ million Clubhouse Center for Healthy Living at the center of the Grande Lake campus.  The first three levels of this high-rise offer elevated parking, restaurant and bistro spaces, exam and treatment rooms, a fully equipped fitness center, administrative offices, and a variety of other amenities. Above, the upper floors showcase spacious, thoughtfully designed independent living units.
