Orlando Health – F Deck Parking Garage

This ground plus 8 elevated deck parking structure incorporates office space, it was all designed in 2019 and under construction in 2020. The 400,000 square foot structure will provide nearly 900 parking stalls for Orlando health visitors and patients. The design-build project used Finfrock Construction’s proprietary precast DualDeck Building System, which required a fully coordinated, clash-free design model with all penetrations located before manufacturing and construction.
