Orlando Health – F Deck Parking Garage

This ground-plus-8-level parking structure incorporates office space and spans 400,000 square feet. The structure provides nearly 900 parking stalls for Orlando Health visitors and patients. This design-build project utilized Finfrock Construction’s proprietary precast DualDeck Building System, requiring a fully coordinated, clash-free design model with all penetrations identified before manufacturing and construction.
