Pines of Sarasota – Skilled Nursing Unit Addition

This 80,000gsf expansion will provide (90) new skilled nursing and memory care patient rooms for the growing Pines campus.  The multi-phase project requires the demolition of several existing structures to accommodate the expansion.  The $35M (approx.) project includes new utilities to serve the expansion, including new fire, water, and electrical services, as well as new standby generation.
