Pines of Sarasota – Skilled Nursing Unit Addition

This 80,000 GSF expansion added 90 new skilled nursing and memory care patient rooms to support the continued growth of the Pines campus. The multi-phase project involved the demolition of several existing structures to make way for the new construction. With an approximate budget of $35 million, the project also included the installation of new utility infrastructure to support the expansion—encompassing upgraded fire protection, water supply, electrical systems, and standby power generation.
