Shell Point Vista Cay is a new-build independent living community located in Fort Myers, FL. Upon completion, this 100,000sf building will offer 59 luxury independent living units across 12 floors with two floors of an enclosed parking garage. Within this tower there are 15 floor plans ranging from 1,544 to 2,722sf. Emerald was responsible for all MEPFP designs of this build.
