SkyWay Lofts II is an affordable housing project in St. Petersburg, Florida’s Marina District. This build has four stories and 66 units with one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Each apartment is furnished with numerous energy-efficient electronics and encompasses a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom(s), and storage closets. Residents can also enjoy a range of amenities, such as a clubhouse, on-site laundry facilities, and ground-floor parking. Emerald provided MEPFP designs for the entire project.
