This 4-story new resort-style senior living community will provide 92 assisted living, 88 independent living, and 13 memory care apartments. The $62 million project spans over 250,000 square feet. Amenities include a zero-entry pool, fitness center, golf simulator, theater, dog park, and multiple dining venues with locally sourced cuisine.
