St. Pete Housing Authority Ed White
The Emerald team was chosen to provide MEP designs for the redevelopment of the former Edward White Hospital. This endeavor involves converting the medical facility into a six-story, 121,000sf, affordable housing complex comprising of 71 units for low-income seniors. Additionally, the renovation incorporates 1,939sf of rentable office space intended to accommodate the St. Pete Housing Authority Headquarters. The project encompasses a variety of living arrangements, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom designs.
