Tampa General Hospital – 5th Floor Pediatrics

Emerald provided full MEP, Fire Protection, and Technology design services for the full renovation of the 5th floor of the East Pavilion at Tampa General Hospital’s Children’s Hospital. This $25 million project revitalized the existing 30,000-square-foot Pediatric Unit, transforming it into a modern, patient-focused environment. To maintain continuous hospital operations, the renovation was completed in multiple carefully phased stages.
