Emerald was selected to supply the MEP designs for The Nolen, a 23-floor condominium tower in St. Petersburg, FL. Standing 288 feet high, this new building is now one of the ten tallest buildings in St. Petersburg city limits. The building hosts 31 units with state-of-the-art cabinet panel appliances, high-end luxury plumbing fixtures, wine storage, and shared community amenities. The building also includes a 3-story attached parking garage on the lower floors.
