University of Central Florida – Northview Student Housing

This 574,000sf student housing facility and attached parking structure provides resort style living for 600 students at the University of Central Florida.  The $60 million design-build project began construction in August of 2012, and was completed in 12 months – ahead of schedule and in time for students starting the 2013 fall semester.
