University of Florida – Parking Garage

This ground plus six elevated deck parking structure was designed in 2018 and under construction in 2019.  The 650,000sf structure will provide nearly 2,038 parking stalls for the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.  The project included a four-bay garage with three stairs and five elevators with conditioned elevator lobbies.
