University of South Florida St. Petersburg Campus – Davis Hall

This $5 million renovation to the second floor of Davis Hall allows for a more modern College of Arts and Sciences. The new space for faculty and students consists of offices, classrooms, and a public lounge. The design-build project used Finfrock Construction’s proprietary precast DualDeck Building System, which required a fully coordinated, clash-free design model with all penetrations located before manufacturing and construction.
