University of Tampa – Graduate & Health Studies Building

The first phase of a multi-phase construction plan on this historic campus, this 6-story, 90,000 square foot building is the second largest academic building at the University of Tampa. Designed to meet the growing needs of the University’s graduate and health sciences programs, the building houses UT’s nationally recognized nursing program, as well as health sciences laboratories, classrooms, communal study areas, and the Office of Graduate Studies. The building’s infrastructure design will accommodate a future adjoining building, connected at the upper three levels.
