Watersound Fountains

This four-story senior living community offers nearly 150 independent living apartments within a thoughtfully designed 226,000-square-foot facility. Designed in 2019 and breaking ground in the spring of 2021, the community began welcoming residents in 2023. Residents enjoy a wide range of amenities, including an outdoor heated pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, multiple activity venues, a theater, a dog park, and a community garden.
