Watersound Fountains

This 4-story new residence senior living community will provide nearly 150 independent living apartments. The 226,000 square foot project was designed in 2019, with construction starting in the spring of 2021, and then begin welcoming residents in 2023. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool, fitness center, multiple activity venues, a theater, dog park, and community garden.
