This project entailed a full-scale renovation of a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center spanning the second and third floors. This encompassed the design of surgery suites, nurses’ stations, recovery rooms, and examination areas, ensuring patients received both comfort and safety during planned and same-day surgical procedures. Emerald was contracted to oversee all MEPFP designs for this endeavor.
